Terms of service

1. The service

Sellerlane provides hosted commerce software: storefronts, catalog and order management, payment gateway integrations, domains and email, marketing, and analytics. We may improve or modify features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate business information and be legally able to sell the products you list.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Sellerlane to sell illegal goods, infringe intellectual property, send spam, or harm the platform or other merchants. We may suspend stores that violate these rules or applicable law.

4. Fees

Subscription fees are billed in INR in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Sellerlane does not add transaction fees; payment processing fees are set and charged by your gateway.

5. Your content and data

You own your store content, product data, and customer relationships. You grant us the license needed to host and serve them. You can export your data; on termination we delete it on a defined schedule.

6. Payments and disputes

Payments are processed by your connected gateway under their terms. Chargebacks and settlement disputes are between you, your gateway, and your bank; we provide order evidence where we can.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime from the admin. We may terminate for breach with notice. Sections that by nature survive termination survive.
